Warranty

Maple Mattress Warranty

At Maple, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Your new mattress is covered by a Ten-Year Limited Warranty.

Coverage Period

Every mattress purchased directly from maplezzz.com is eligible for a 10-year limited warranty. If your mattress develops a manufacturing defect within this period, we will offer repair of the original mattress in the size originally purchased. This warranty covers all components of the mattress but the customer is in charge of the transportation cost. If a warranty claim is made during the 30 night trial period, the trial will be paused during the shipment of the replacement product and will resume once the new mattress is delivered.

Your Responsibilities

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser, who must reside in Canada. It applies exclusively to the person who first purchases the mattress directly from maplezzz.com. Please ensure you retain your original proof of purchase, as this will be required for warranty claims.

In some cases, photos and the original proof of purchase may be requested to assess and process your warranty claim.

What is Covered

The warranty covers the following defects:

  1. Indentations: Degradation causing visible indentations greater than 3/4 inch (2cm),  provided it is not due to improper use.
  2. Physical Flaws: Any physical defect that causes foam material to split or crack, despite proper handling and normal use.
  3. The sagging of any part on the mattress surface exceeds 2 inches ( 5.1cm).

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Minor color changes of fabric from long-term exposure to light or regular use.
  • Comfort, height, or aesthetic preference.
  • A normal increase in softness of the foam over time.
  • Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage caused by misuse or environmental factors.
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from routine cleaning or use.
  • Damage caused by modifications to the product.
  • Damage incurred during transportation after initial delivery.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized retailers or sold as "used" or similarly indicated.
  • Damage from using an inappropriate foundation: the mattress must not be placed directly on the floor and must be supported by a proper, raised frame with no gaps larger than 3 inches.

Replacement Process

Maple will replace your mattress if it is deemed defective with no your cost when you receive the new maple mattress. After 30 days free trial period, Maple will repair or replace your mattress if it is deemed defective during the warranty period. No new warranty will apply to the replacement mattress. Replacement delivery will be covered by the customer.

The warranty approval process is solely at Maple’s discretion. Customers cannot make their own interpretation of the warranty terms.
