When does the 30-night trial for the Maple Mattress begin?

Great question! Your 30-night trial starts the day your Maple Mattress is delivered to your doorstep. If you decide it’s not the perfect fit within the 30 nights, you can return it to our factory at your own expense, and we’ll issue a full refund—no stress, just better sleep!

We recommend sleeping on your Maple Mattress for at least 10 nights before initiating a return. This allows your body to fully adjust to the exceptional comfort and support it provides!

How long should I try the Maple Mattress before deciding to return or exchange it?

We recommend that all Maple customers try their Maple Mattress for at least 10 nights before requesting a return or exchange.

Just like breaking in a new pair of running shoes, your body needs time to adjust to the unique comfort and support the Maple Mattress is designed to deliver!

After I return my Maple Mattress, how long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we process your refund, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. However, it usually doesn’t take that long. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance!

What happens to returned Maple Mattresses?

Great question! Once a returned Maple Mattress is received at our facility, we carefully inspect it. Depending on its condition, it may be refurbished or responsibly recycled in accordance with local regulations. Our goal is to minimize waste and promote sustainability.

Can I put my Maple Mattress back in the box?

Once your Maple Mattress has been unboxed and expanded, it cannot be compressed back into its original packaging.

Should I exchange or return my mattress?

We offer a return and exchange policy if you are unhappy with your new mattress. This is great peace of mind knowing that if you did not make the right decision the first time, you have the option of picking a new mattress that may be better.

The most important thing to realize is that your new mattress takes some time to break in, and your body takes some time to get used to a new mattress.

Try getting adjusted to your new mattress for as long as possible, within the exchange or return period. If you rush your return or exchange too early, you are not giving yourself enough time to realize what you actually need which will make it more difficult to choose another mattress that is more suitable to your needs. Be patient, and don’t rush the process!
