Maple Mattresses Trial

Maple Mattress offers a 30-night risk-free trial on all mattress purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the mattress within 30 nights from the delivery date.

  • Each customer is eligible for one (1) trial period per mattress purchase.
  • The trial is applicable for a maximum of two (2) mattresses per initial order.
  • Any returns must include proof of purchase and must be requested within the trial period.
  • Customers who return a mattress under the trial are not eligible for another trial on the same product in the future.
  • The trial is non-transferable and applies only to mattresses purchased directly from Maplezzz.com.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Maple Mattress, we will assist in returning it to our factory. However, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipping.

  • The mattress must be in good condition, free of stains, damage, or excessive wear to be eligible for a return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 nights of the delivery date.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned mattress, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will not be issued for mattresses that have been damaged by improper use or care.

Shipping & Exchanges

  • Shipping is free across Canada, except for certain remote locations where a surcharge may apply.
  • Size exchanges are available within the 30-night trial. If you need a different size, we will provide a one-time exchange. However, exchanging your mattress will be considered completion of the trial period.
  • Once the replacement mattress is received, the original mattress must be returned; failure to do so will result in a charge for the second mattress.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@maplezzz.com to initiate your return.
  2. Arrange for return shipping at your own expense to our factory.
  3. Once we receive the mattress and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
