What is your 30 night comfort guarantee?
At Maple, we offer a 30-night sleep trial, giving you plenty of time to decide if your new mattress is the right fit. If you’re not completely satisfied, just reach out to our Customer Care team. After answering a few quick questions, we’ll guide you through the return process.
If you choose to return your mattress, please note that you’ll be responsible for shipping it back to our factory.
Trial Eligibility & Exchange Details
- The trial applies only to your first purchase of any Maple mattress.
- A one-time size exchange is also available during the trial period.
- Mattresses purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for this trial.
Important Recommendation
We recommend sleeping on your Maple mattress for at least 10 nights before requesting a return. This gives your body time to adjust to the mattress’s unique comfort and support.
No Hidden Fees
Unlike many competitors, we don’t require you to buy a mattress protector or pay hidden costs. Some brands charge $100–$150 just for exchange eligibility. With Maple, the only cost is a transportation fee if you return the mattress.
Warranty Coverage
Our mattress warranties cover:
- Sagging greater than 2 inches (beyond normal body impressions)
- Structural defects such as broken coils or collapsed foam
What’s not covered:
- Stains, spills, or general wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or improper support
What is the mattress warranty?
Mapple Mattress' mattresses you purchased usually offer a 5-10-year warranty on any defects in materials and craftsmanship. That is an exceptionally long time that your investment is protected in case something goes wrong.
A mattress warranty usually covers defects that involve the coils or the core of the mattress. Although warranties can range from manufacturer to manufacturer, they typically cover any sagging that is beyond the acceptable 2 inch as per the warranty. If your coils break or the mattress becomes deformed it will usually be covered.

Does Mapple Mattress offer a warranty on its merchandise?
All merchandise purchased at Maple Mattress (excluding markdown and “As Is” sales) is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The standard manufacturer’s warranty is one year for furniture and 5 to 10 years for mattress. We promise we will do whatever we can to make you happy, butAll sales are final on clearance sample items.
What is your return policy?
The merchandise we sell have a very friendly return policy without reason within 30 days of pickup or delivery, but the customer has to deliver it to our warehouse. However, we have to charge service fee if the customer needs us to pick it up. The furniture without original packing will be charged 30% restock fee. All sales are final on clearance sample items.
What is your exchange policy?
If there is anything wrong with your mattress such as a defect or damages, we will be happy to exchange it for you right away without service fee. If you are simply not satisfied with your new mattress, we offer a one time chance to exchange to the new model mattress you like.
There will be no exchanges on custom sizes, special order mattresses, floor models.
What do I do if I have a warranty concern with my mattress?
Your purchase is covered by a fullmanufacturer's warranty. If you believe you have a warranty problem, please email us at support@maplezzz.comand we will be happy to assist you with filing a warranty claimwith the manufacturer.
Are there shipping and handling expenses on refunds?
If you need us to arrange a pickup, a $80 pickup fee will apply, provided we are able to dispatch a truck to your location.
If you choose to return the item yourself, there is no fee for returning unopened products.
For furniture returned without its original packaging, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Please note: All sales of clearance and sample items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
