How Does Full-Service Delivery Work?

When you request Full-Service Delivery, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your delivery time. You can cancel the service within 48 hours after confirmation.

Delivery & Assembly Services

Available in the GTA areas of Ontario for $99 plus tax (eligibility and fees determined at checkout).

Covers mattresses, bed frames, and furniture. Our team will deliver your Maple products to your chosen room and assemble them.

Packaging from assembly will be removed, but accessories like pillows and mattress protectors are not included in assembly services.

Removal Services

Old mattresses and box springs can be removed (one per new mattress or bed frame purchased).

Bed frames, headboards, and other bedroom furniture are not eligible for removal.

Order Changes & Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Changes within 48 hours may incur additional fees.

Does Maple offer scheduled delivery and assembly services?

Yes, we offer Premium Home Delivery, Assembly, and Removal services in the Ontario GTA area.

Can I schedule my Maple delivery in advance?

Yes, you can select a Preferred Delivery Date during checkout for Standard Daytime Delivery, allowing you to choose a delivery date within 14 days of the Estimated Delivery Date.

For Premium Full-Service Delivery (available in Ontario GTA areas only), we will contact you 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed to schedule a convenient delivery time.

For Foam Mattress and Hybrid Mattress:

We’re pleased to offer free shipping to the following Canadian provinces :
Ontario, Alberta, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

At this time, we are unable to ship mattresses to:

1).The Canadian territories, including Iqaluit, Whitehorse, and Yellowknife;

2).British Columbia, Manitoba, Quebec, and Saskatchewan

⚠️ Additional Shipping Restrictions

1).No delivery to PO Boxes or Station Boxes. Please provide a full residential address so our shipping partners can deliver your order directly to your home or the nearest pickup location.

2).J0M postal codes: We can only ship mattresses and bedding to these areas.

3).V0T postal codes: We can only ship bedding. Mattresses are not eligible for delivery to this region.

For Organic Mattress:

This premium organic mattress is not roll-packed for box shipping, but it qualifies for free delivery. At this time, all organic mattresses are available for shipping within the province of Ontario.

How do I schedule my delivery?

Once an order is placed, a member from our customer service team will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date and confirm product availability. Please place any special instructions in the comments section of the checkout page. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours you may also give us a call at 647-831-6686.

Do you offer delivery tracking?

Yes!  On the day of your scheduled delivery you will receive an email and/or text message with live delivery tracking information.  Our delivery team will also call you when they are close to your delivery address. 

For items shipped via courier, you will receive tracking information as soon as your items are picked up from our warehouse.

How do I cancel an order?

You may also simply reply to your order confirmation email.

Where do I pick up my order?

Once you have placed an order online for pickup, a member from our customer service team will contact you to arrange the pickup at the location of your choice and confirm product availability.  Please place any special instructions in the comments section of the checkout page such as which location you would like to pick up from.

When is the earliest you can deliver to a GTA location?

We can deliver in GTA in same day you place an order if it is rush but we charge extra fee for this service.

How can I exchange my order which has not been delivered yet?

Can you dispose of my old mattress?

Yes, we offer old mattress disposal services, $60.00 is for the first piece and $10.00 for every extra piece. 

How should I prepare my home for mattress delivery?

Exciting news—your brand-new Maple mattress is on its way! That long-awaited good night’s sleep is just around the corner. To ensure a smooth and safe delivery, it’s important to get your home ready in advance.

Start by clearing a path from your front door to the bedroom where the mattress will go. Since mattresses are large and bulky, removing obstacles such as furniture, rugs, or other items will make the process easier and safer for both you and the delivery team.

If your mattress needs to be carried upstairs, take down any wall art or decorations that might be in the way. Stairwells can be tight, and there’s a chance the mattress could brush against the walls during the move.

Finally, make sure there’s enough space in your bedroom for the new mattress. Clear out the old one (if needed) and prepare the bed frame or foundation so everything is ready for setup.

A little preparation goes a long way in making your mattress delivery quick, safe, and stress-free!
